It's high for some people and low for others. I guess it's about what I'd expect in my place if I didn't have a heat pump but a lot more than if I was out all day and just used a fan heater when I needed some heat.
There's a thread down the page where someone is complaining about an annual consumption of 22,000kwh who also have storage heaters and there's "only two people" in the house.
It's not easy to compare consumption unless you can compare all the other factors that affect it. There are too many variables to take in account to get any meaningful result. We all use energy in a different way and stuff like Insulation, how warm you like it, control settings, whether you are in all day, geographic location etc.can make a big difference even to the house next door
Whether you use the oven, cooker microwave, tumble-dryer, dishwasher, washing machine etc once a month, once a week or once a day. You also need to compare water consumption and shower and bath timings, temperatures and frequency (once a month, a week or a day) and how many of youNever under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers1 -
Not really, but as we don't know the number of occupants, whether they're at home during the day, whether the property has sufficient insulation, whether it's in Shetland or the Scillies etc, etc, it can only be a guess.Medium usage for people with gas and electricity is 12000 + 2900 = 14900kWh.You're likely to use a bit more with storage heaters, especially the older ones, because they leak heat through the night. It's more important to make sure you're on a cheap tariff. What is your price per kWh and the daily charge, inc VAT? Have you compared using Citizens Advice and 'Which? Switch'?1

I have 8 storage heaters and use a bit more than you; about 20000kWh overall (day/night). But we have most of these on low and don't use a lot of hot water. Your use sounds possible but as matelotdave says it's hard to define 'normal'. What does your EPC say for your heating and HW? Ours is surprisingly close to what we use.
