Rough estimate to knock kitchen and utility into dining room...?

Hello,
I'm looking for some advice on how much it would cost to knock our kitchen, utility and dining room into one. Currently all of them are approx 3m x 2m. I don't believe any of the walls are load bearing. Would also like bi-folding external doors installed? There's only a small door where I would like them currently. I know its difficult to say but a rough idea from someone who knows what they are on about would be really helpful as I have no clue! Thank you!

Don't assume a wall isn't structural. Even a simple stud wall could be providing support to joists above. Getting the expert opinion of a structural engineer would be prudent.
