Full Terms and Conditions

1. By taking part in this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.
2. The prize draw is open to UK residents (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over excluding employees and their immediate families of Asda Stores Limited (“Asda”) Great Wilson Street, South Bank, Leeds, LS11 5AD, Treasury Wine Estates EMEA Limited (the “Promoter”) & Virgin Experience Days Ltd (the “Prize Provider”), or any company affiliated with any of these organisations, their agents or any other persons professionally connected with the draw including the Promoter, Asda or the Prize Provider.
3. Enter at www.asda.com/win and complete the entry form. Entries or claims not received, incomplete, illegible or delayed will not be accepted.
4. No purchase necessary. Internet access required.
5. The opening date and time for receipt of entries is 00:01 on the 18/03/2021 and the closing date and time for receipt of entries is 23:59 on 21/04/2021. Any submissions outside the foregoing times and dates will be excluded.
6. Maximum one entry per person per prize draw. Anyone trying to circumvent this condition by using alternative details will be disqualified. No bulk, consumer group or third party entries will be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be forfeited.
7. Prize: 10 Virgin Experience vouchers worth £250 each to be won. Each voucher will entitle the winner to choose one Experience up to the value of £250 from the www.Virginexperiencedays.co.uk site. The fulfilment of an Experience will be by selected third party Experience operators. For Virgin Experience terms and conditions please visit - www.virginexperiencedays.co.uk/terms-and-conditions. The winner is responsible for arranging their own Experience and the voucher is valid for 12 months in which the winner can do so. The vouchers shall be sent to each winner by recorded post. Neither Asda, the Promoter nor the Prize Provider will be liable if the prize cannot be taken by a winner for any reason beyond their control, including if a winner fails to provide correct contact details.
8. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. The decisions of the Promoters are final in relation to the promotion.
9. The winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries received by the closing date under independent supervision on the 28/04/2021. The winners will be notified by email no later than 07/05/2021 and so entrants must provide a valid email address. Prize must be claimed within 7 days of the initial notification. All reasonable effort will be made to contact the winners; however, if the prizes are not claimed within 7 days a re-draw will take place in respect of any unclaimed prizes.
10. For the purposes of this promotion, the entities involved shall only process the personal data submitted via the entry form by you solely to contact you and deliver the prize to you if you are a winner. Any such personal data will only be retained for the duration of the promotion and will not be used for any other purpose. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with applicable data protection and electronic marketing legislation, including but not limited to the UK General Data Protection Regulation, Data Protection Act 2018 and Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 (as amended). 11. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter and/or Prize Provider reserves the right to replace entire prizes or prize components with prizes of equal or greater value.
12. If you are a winner, you may be asked to consent to related publicity, including using your names and photographs for promotional purposes and/or reasonable requests to take part in the Promoter’s publicity. In addition, your name and county will be available to anyone who requests it in accordance with paragraph 14 below unless you select the tick box opting out of the release of these details when you are contacted notifying you as a winner.
13. Proof of sending an entry shall not constitute proof of receipt. No responsibility is accepted for entries that are lost, misdirected, late, damaged or illegible, nor for any associated costs.
14. Winners’ names and counties may be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Wolf Blass Prize Draw, MESH, 3 Evolution, Wynyard Business Park, Wynyard, Co. Durham TS22 5TB no later than 28 days after the closing date. MESH administer the competition on behalf of Asda.
15. Neither the Promoter nor Asda nor the Prize Provider shall e liable for any loss or damage whatsoever, except for death or personal injury, arising out of the administration of prize draws, or out of the winners’ or any third party’s enjoyment of the prizes.
16. Prizes are awarded at the Promoter’s discretion and no prizes will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant.
17. These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English & Welsh courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
