Furlough payments

I have been furloughed since January 2021 my boss is telling me I won't recieve every furlough payment as there is a cost to his business! I have only had 5 payments of furlough since January. And hes telling me I won't receive March's furlough till April. Is he ripping me off?

In response, some weeks he will pay me some weeks he won't due to the cost to the business! 
I actually haven't had anymore payments since the end of January.

If he is not paying you Furlough then you should be at work and being paid normally.  Sounds more likely he is just another fraudster claiming Furlough and not passing on.
