on one of the vintage moped groups , and made a posting about some hard to find parts (innertubes)
fairly simple
fairly simple
"the elusive 16in inner tubes , v rubber which are a common brand in uk, only do a 2.50/2.75 , however bike it , available from your local bike shop (possably to order) do a 2.25/2.50 x 16 and have a retail price of £5.89 ,, woot woot
this is rather good news to me as a yugaslavian tube made back in 1989 has just decided to explode on me , not a puncture more of a last grasp before disintergrating into a dusty mess
my local bike shop (shorrocks in preston) will have 2 new ones waiting for me by tue lunchtime"
facebook have listed it on local group (which is not a for sale site") a "woot 5.89 "
I started laughing to myself , then got an aitomated faceache message asking if i wanted to list my woot 5.89 on marketplace

This is known issue, very often anything with a price and photo gets listed as a sale. The way to avoid it is to add the photos first and submit then edit to add the comments. Or if listed click on the 3 dots on the top RH of post and take off selling format.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Oh the irony, at the end of a week when people who actually wanted to list things had them all held for review *facepalm*0

One of my groups has this issue, another suggestion is to post without any prices anywhere and then edit to add the prices where appropriate for your post to make sense. It's the prices that are the issue.blackdog2220 said:thanks , no pics in the comment , and no ability to actually delist it as a sale or selling format

Be aware that facebook have several different views rolled out so not everyone gets the same, and there are always arguments on some groups because other posters don't get this happen, and those of us that do can't stop it .I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
