Have you read the newbies thread?  have you complained to your MP?  Have you read Excel v Wilkinson? Have you read similar threads here?
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

    Hello and welcome.

What is the Issue Date on your County Court Claim Form?

Upon what date did you file an Acknowledgment of Service?
Your MCOL Claim History will have the definitive answer to that.

    Who is the Claimant?
  • Hi, I have not complained and I have looked at various threads, but i am just unsure which one would be most relevant to me. I will have a read on the one you have mentioned.
  • Hi Keith,
the issue date is 8/3/ 21. i did the acknowledgement yesterday 18/3/21

As already asked by Mr Deep, you should read the guide to court written by bargepole that you will find in the second post of the NEWBIES. This is a step by step guide from LBC to the court hearing.

You should also read the fifth post of the NEWBIES and print or write out the common acronyms and abbreviations for this forum.

Please also give us the background to your case. Location and type of location, date of the alleged event, whether an appeal was made, whether the driver's identity was revealed (Do NOT tell us) whether the NTK complied with the PoFA 2012, what happened when you complained to the landowner, and anything else useful you can tell us about your scamvoice.

I am not sure of the location, but it says Plough Lane Sw19 8gt, but when i lookup this postcode it comes up as durnsford road. I did not do any appeal when i got the ntk, this was in 2019.
i have tried to find the newbies post by bargepole, but i can only see the one by coupon-mad.

    what is pofa2012?
    thanks

With a Claim Issue Date of 8th March, and having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Monday 12th April 2021 to file your Defence.
That's over three weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute.
To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look at the second post in the NEWBIES thread.
Don't miss the deadline for filing a Defence.

You won't find a NEWBIE sticky by @bargepole because it was written by @Coupon-mad and WITHIN the NEWBIE sticky you will find the guide to court written by @bargepole.  When you find the NEWBIE sticky and have read it you will understand about POFA (but also Auntie Google will tell you).

The link to the second post in the NEWBIES thread is in my earlier post.
Within that post you will find a link to Bargepole's 'what happens when post'.

    what is pofa2012?
The fourth post in the NEWBIES thread has explanations of many of the abbreviations used here.
Google also knows what pofa2012 is.

the claimant is One Parking Solution Ltd.
I am not sure of the location, but it says Plough Lane Sw19 8gt, but when i lookup this postcode it comes up as durnsford road.
Putting Durnsford Road into the forum's search facility returns two threads (other than this one...

You may find something useful there, but might be worth searching for Plough Lane too.

  • hi guys i have looked looked at pofa and what i take from it is that the location is incorrect. and very vague.
also i notice that they cant recover more than £100, but they have put £160 for pcn and damage.
