Escalating ikea complaint

Hi - does anyone know how I can escalate a complaint with Ikea please? We ordered a kitchen - it all arrived except some of the doors, and after several failed deliveries they have just refunded the cost if the doors. But now I'm left with a kitchen thats been fitted and missing doors. If anyone has any tips I'd really appreciate it. Thank you

We had wardrobes delivered, found they were the wrong size (our error not Ikea) and some parts damaged. I called up and was on hold for ages, but the phone agent was very helpful and arranged a delivery and a collection, but the collection was a month away. They didn't show up to collect, so I called again and was insistent that if they didn't come to collect sooner we would consider disposal of the items. They got a more senior co-worker to sort out a collection in a few days and sent out a £30 gift voucher.
So no real tips other than knowing the solution you want and being insistent on getting it, while still being nice.
What resolution do you want? I assume you just want the doors delivered? I would expect if you call and explain and ask (if they have stock) they would arrange delivery and not charge for it given the failed deliveries. However if they don't have the stock at the moment you will just have to keep waiting until they do come back in stock I guess.
You could have returned the whole lot, but a bit late for that if its been built.0 -

Did you pay by credit card. If so you could call IKEA and tell them you are going for the nuclear option of kitchen not as advertised and you are going for full refund via your card and they can come and collect their kitchen!0

As the cabinets have been delivered the OP would have to return them to claim back the full cost. You cannot get a refund and keep the goods.
The cost of the doors has been refunded so there is no claim for a refund there.
I expect Ikea do not have the doors and have no idea when they will get them. So have refunded the money.
Their stock comes from abroad and there have been problems with getting stock for months. Brexit , customs delays and Covid have all contributed to that.

when I had problems with Ikea I used Resolver and got the problem sorted https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/site/resolver/ I had previously tried phoning and could not get through and also DM on Facebook no joy.

Have you tried checking Ebay. I've often seen things like drawers, doors, covers - all new, for Ikea things. There are actually white a few kitchen cabinet doors currently listed.0
