Wood, aluminium, upvc? Single, double, triple glazed? Size? Ground floor, first floor, second floor? Cheap and cheerful or top of the range? London or Alnwick? So many questions.
Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.

    Existing house?  New house?  Extension?

The windows don't cost much more, it's the engineering of the house.  A lot easier with a new build.

Looking at a steel frame extension so Ideally 2 of the 3 walls would be glass if possible.

You'll need to pay for a SAP calculation to confirm that thermal losses from the windows are acceptable to building control.  They won't assess the thermal gains, so you need to be careful that the room isn't going to overheat in the sun.

Your structural engineers fees will be much higher than an ordinary build, but you're designing a steel frame anyway.

If you have a steel corner post between the windows, insulated aluminium pressings to wrap them in seem to be disproportionately expensive to the cost of the actual windows.

It will be more, but it's impossible to say as every single extension is different.

Not the only one . You haven't given a clue of the size . agree with exile above (save repeating) . steels . Materials . frameless . any corners . Lots to consider , Glass alone would change from roughly £300psm upwards . If lifting gear is needed , Get a surveyor independently pay for it yourself then they belong to you  . Then price around with their knowledge .
