Brexit makes little difference. EPC are merely a debt collection agency and they can chase this debt as much as they like but unless it goes to court in the UK they have no powers to force you to pay.0

Please stop glorifying this by calling it a "fine" - It is most certainly not. And Brexit makes no difference whatsoever!
EPC are already well covered here - They buy-up tickets that overseas authorities can't or can't be bothered to enforce and simply try to scare payment out of people.
The advice in post four of the Newbies Sticky in the Parking Tickets subforum here applies to them completely.

Forget them ignore them, they have no rights at all.2

They have a right to claim the toll from the OP and recover costs as it has been defaulted. If you get caught skipping your fare, it won’t be the fare you are due.mobileron said:Forget them ignore them, they have no rights at all.Mortgage free

EPC have no rights at all, they cant take you to court or fine you.1

The Spanish authorities have, yes but by selling the debt-on to EPC for undoubtedly a pittance, they have completely washed their hands of the matter. EPC have no “rights” at all.sheslookinhot said:
