Debt Recovery

Hi I was involved in a motor accident in October 2018 i received a cheque for just over £3000 in April last year. But I received a letter from a Debt management agency saying I was sent the cheque by mistake and I must repay help

    I think we need more details regarding the circumstances of the accident and how you came by the payment.

    Just because a debt management agency says something, it doesn't mean it's true.
    But you ought to know whether it was really a mistake or not.
    If it sticks, force it.
    If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.
