My 10 year old cat is currently in Hills gastrointestinal Niobe due to medical need, however the other tor have taken a liking to it. Is there a cheaper alternative available that does the same job do they can all eat the same .

I can't find 'gaastrointestinal Niobe' on Hills website.
You need to compare the ingredients in it with other foods to find one with the same ones.
or ask your vet for an alternative
If you buy it from your vet have a search for online suppliers as it is usually cheaper there.0 -
I think it's a typo for 'biome' - https://www.hillspet.co.uk/cat-food/pd-gastrointestinal-biome-feline-dry
I'd definitely double check with your vet that any recommendations you receive are suitable for your specific cats needs.
Some people use feeders that only open for certain microchips, which may be an alternative to a different food? I know that clever cats can figure out how to trick them though, so it depends on your other moggies and how determined they are. The brand that seems most common in the UK is 'surefeed' and they're about £70-90 depending on where you buy. Pricey, but maybe cheaper overall!0
