Can someone post a link to where this is posted on the boards please. I couldn't find it in the regulars, and when I do a search it just brings up this thread.
I'm not sure why you're not allowed to post - I have loads of (MD) on my bookmarks so someone's posting them on the main boards (thankfully)1 -
