For every (insert expletive) up supplier there'll be some (insert expletive) up customers,just a thought.
Good you got things sorted out,were the large bills because meter readings weren't supplied,were they?.
If that was the case then bills would've been estimates as there'd be no other information to base them on,which would've sorted itself out when they did get an actual reading,by whatever means.
