He has posted my letter from Santander Fraud and Disputes Operations(unfortunately I can't find anyway to upload the letter to you)                             Please read my letter posted by mrbounceback website ,it is full of information on BBL"s         
My letter contains a veiled threat of fraud 
A phone call to that department of Santander was met with total disdain by their operative and I was just asking for a repayment schedule
but mrbounceback being so clued up on the subject of BBL's he has posted the CEO's personal email addresses of participating banks                            Santander CEO email

I sent him a copy of their letter and described my phone call
I have a reply from Santander Executive Communications and I am replying to them this week
