Will writing service refund

Good evening all,
toughly 6 weeks ago me snd my partner decided to write a will.
due to having a child from a previous partner and still officially married we went via a will writing company.
it all seemed money worth while as slot explained and 2 hour phone call to get everything correct.
but today we revived our order summary, it looks like something a 10 year old wrote and slot of things wrong or not even written down as our wishes.
the question is am I entitled to a refund even though I have not received my will??

It very much depends where the company is based, how you purchased it (online, telephone, in person) and the terms you agreed to.0

In which case, make a written complaint to the company in question, threatening to take it to the regulator if they don't provide a satisfactory remedy.dbg1986 said:
