Breaking free from Virgin

So, I followed the advice and [attempted] to break free from a Virgin broadband/telephone service and switch to BT. I was out of contract and ditching the way more expensive service made perfect sense. All I had to do was telephone Virgin so I sat with a glass of pop one evening and waited over an hour and twenty minutes…

You say you phoned after 6 because you were at work, would phoning on sunday be an option ?
Try as soon as they open, not sure if its 8 or 9 on a Sunday.
