Converting outbuilding to utility?

Hiya
Already have a partly converted outbuilding, at the moment it is plumbed and wired for my freezer and washing machine but the only access is from outside. Looking at knocking an entrance through from inside the house with a door, moving a radiator, bricking up the current doorway, replacing the window and insulating the room with Celotex then plasterboard on all of the walls and ceiling. First quote I've had is for roughly £6000, any advice on if this is about right? Thanks!

Does that include the fitting of a lintel and building control sign off for the work ?

We did the same type of thing a few years ago but the price is hard to judge as we don't know the size of outbuilding. Roughly as a guide cutting in a new doorway £800 the radiator being moved a few hundred at most. The insulation is around £20 a sheet of 1.2M X 2.4M. A plasterer will charge around £6-10 per square metre. Plasterboard is around £8 a sheet(1.2X2.4). that will give you a guide as to material cost but as always get 3 quotes.
