Ive read 'NEWBIES" thread. I received NTK PCN by post yesterday when I parked in the supermarket via ANPR (using car entry/exit data) with a reduced amount £100/ 60 if paid by Thursday this week. Should I use templates from newbies to appeal to "Met Parking Services"?Or should I just wait appealing to POPLA on day 25/26. But to my understanding a POPLA appeal I would first need popla code?
Thank you in advance for your input

Hurdle race for you
Hurdle 1 , plan A , asap , no mention of who was driving
Hurdle 2 , appeal to met parking before day 28 following the date on the NTK , using the blue text template as is , no changes , as keeper , no dobbing in the driver !!
Hurdle 3 is popla , after hurdle 2 , because you cannot appeal to Popla without a popla code3 -
hi, and welcome to the forumcorrect you have appeal to the PPC first ...however your first action is to complain to the supermarket manager / CEOwhere is this supermarket ? it may have previousRalph2

Please confirm the date of the alleged event and the date the NTK was issued. You will have 28 days from the latter date.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks2 -

Date NTK issued : 05 March 21 (though came through my post only yesterday)
But if the appeal expires on Thursday that means it will increase to full amount £100 ?0 -

It's already £100 , but a 40% mugs discount is for early payment with no appeal
Plan A is your best option , landowner cancellation by Sainsbury's
Think of the appeal deadline as April fools Day1 -

This Thursday has no significance or relevance to the advice you are being given.
As Redx has already explained, the charge is already £100. The regulars here are not interested in the Mugs discount. Either you want the 100% MSE discount, or you don't.I married my cousin. If you think the 14 day mugs' discount is 'a thing' then you've missed that in the NEWBIES thread where it is specifically covered.
Stop rushing.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
