Cracks in house rendering

Hi folks,
Just a quick question, I've noticed a few cracks in the rendering on my house. Is this OK, or should it be fixed/sealed up? Mostly by the windows. See attached.
It's a relatively new build. Would it be covered by the NHBC?
Cheers,
J

Yes, you'll need to get it sorted. If water gets in behind the render then that could lead to damp issues as well as potentially causing the render to blow. I'm not sure whether it's covered by your NHBC warranty though.
