Viagogo seller - getting charged for something that I really don't believe is my fault?

Hi all, new to the site so apologies if I do/say something wrong lol.
Last year I bought some Wireless 2020 tickets which I listed on Viagogo. The event got rescheduled to 2021 which ticketmaster automatically offered refunds to (or if you opted for a 2021 ticket you could fill a form to do so). Anyways I kind of forgot about the listing, anyways recently I get a message saying I've successfully sold my 2021 tickets to the event. Called customer service over 2-3 weeks of back and forth (during which they charged £60 as the sale had to be cancelled) and it ended today saying they can't do anything. The core of this is that they changed/updated my listing to 2021 without letting me know or sending me even one email. I actually find this so frustrating, going to contact my bank but I doubt they'll be able to revert the charge. Wondering if anyone else had any weigh-in on how to go about this? I'd understand if they had told me about the update to my listing but I never agreed to sell 2021 tickets, I agreed to sell 2020 tickets so I just feel very cheated.
Thanks!

Firstly, you've engaged with touts, so don't expect stellar customer service...

I don't see you have any grounds for complaint.  You advertised tickets for an event, the event is still happening (albeit a year later) and your tickets were sold.  Do the terms and conditions you agreed to oblige them to notify you of any changes to the date/time/nature of the event?  If not, they've upheld their part of the contract by advertising the tickets and selling them.

Why did the sale have to be cancelled?
