    I wonder if the Gov Scheme mortgages will increase loan size beyond 500k in that case

    @alyssssa Looks like that is the case. Santander's 95% products (being released next week) have a maximum property price/value limit of £600,000. So theoretically, you could buy a 600k house with a 30k deposit and 570k mortgage.
