    Houses up to 150k are flying off the shelves where I live. Being sold same day they go on market
    I started out with nothing......And still have most of it left:p

    house market in NI has had a mini boom due to covid people are spending extra money now to move house.

    100% agree. Give me a pokey 1 bedroom flat on the Lisburn Road over a 4 bedroom detached house in Lurgan any day of the week.

    Admittedly not all of lurgan is great, but nothing wrong with living somewhere close to the park, which is excellent on a nice day. Worth a big premium in my view.
