I understand the IPO is conditional so in theory it could still be cancelled and all trades reversed up until April 7th so you might yet have a lucky escape. However I think it unlikely.0

Mr Sunak hailed Deliveroo as a "true British tech success story", saying: "We are looking at reforms to encourage even more high growth, dynamic businesses to list in the UK.

Not profitable 7 years on since foundation, during the middle of a pandemic where home-delivery has shot through the roof, a potentially unsustainable business model if gig-economy working rights are strengthened and chuck in some institutions publicly questioning the viability of the business and rejecting the IPO offer.
Main takeaway of this from me is that this sort of IPO will put off other "tech" firms entering the London market, which is a shame.3 -
If anything I find comfort in the failure of this IPO that the market has not lost all sense.
