My experience with these engineers hasn’t been good. My washing machine had steam and water dripping out of the soap drawer previously and despite showing Zanussi a video, they still just ignored me. Hopefully Beko is more helpful.The dryer was delivered on the 1st March. I paid over the phone.

@born_again It’s in the kitchen. It’s normal room temperature.The washing machine issue was different. It started off as steam which then dripped off the drawer but got worse to the point were water was flooding out of it.1

Have you tried a search on Dr Google ??
May be others with the same issue.
