Changes to Morrisons More

What a faff. No more.0

It’s a bit silly for Morrison’s to drop the plastic card - to move everything to website or app. Not everyone has a smartphone or internet.

I've just received an email from Morrisons stating that as they are making changes to the More card they are bumping up my points to over 5,000 so I will get a fiver before the changes are made.My mother got the same and queried it at the Morrisons store customer services who promptly told her it was definitely a scam and to ignore it - she'd had loads of people asking today and she'd checked with Morrisons head office. The email had my first name on it, had the last 4 digits of my card and the link took me to a correct morrisons.com sub domain so I'm pretty certain it isn't a scam. Hopefully they will be doing this for everyone.1

I know someone who is 43 and a technophobe. No smart phone, does everything in bank branches etc0 -
Just got the email.
Will be sending them my thoughts on the matter0 -
I'm with those who reckon it's an own goal by Morrisons - reckon they should 'transfer' the points to whatever passes for the equivalent under their new scheme, or perhaps use them to donate the equivalent to a foodbank.

Well my 'personalised' offers are as far from personalised as you can get. They bear zero resemblance to anything I've ever bought0

It looks like you get 3 offers a week
1 vaguely something you might buy and 2 utterly ridiculous that you'd never buy in a million years0 -
I’ve only just discovered that the Morrisons £5 voucher scheme has ended. I received absolutely NO communication from Morrisons - no letter, email, text or Messenger message (despite Morrisons having ALL the necessary contact information). I saw no notices in store or tv adverts and no one told me about it in person, so how would I know?
I deliberately hadn’t been monitoring the balance because I was saving it until I really needed it. The last time I checked (well over a year ago) I had somewhere between £60-70 saved and it would have been considerably more by the time that the scheme ended.
I messaged Morrisons and a representative told me that “The More points scheme ended on May 10th and customers were informed well in advance to make sure they had time to use any remaining points on the account.”
I argued that I hadn’t been informed and the reply was more or less a repeat of the first. I was saving it for when I really needed it and to be quite honest, feel like I’ve been robbed.
