Well Resolver are useless. About as much use as a chocolate fireguard. Hermes just ignore my responses. No way of claiming.0

Which Hermes website did you use to organise the parcel label? The classic site or the new site? If it was the classic site, you'll be able to claim for a lost parcel directly from the website without needing to use the chatbot.1

If you go to your active parcels, then click on the "actions" button on the right hand side of the parcel in question, you should be able to claim for a lost parcel. I did this last week for one dropped off on 9th March, so you should be able to. You need to do it before their time limit of 30 days though.hubb said:

Hermes have conceded to a lost parcel and will refund so thanks again for the help here. A success I suppose.2

Well, that's good newshubb said:Hermes have conceded to a lost parcel and will refund so thanks again for the help here. A success I suppose.
Hermes will refund the selling price (not the cost price like RM) and their courier fee, plus you should get your eBay fees back as well (presumably a case was opened and you refunded the buyer).
