B & Q missing items from order

Hi, i ordered a kitchen from B and Q in November 2020 it was delivered on the 12th February with 7 items missing. I have continually had to phone email them to rectify this, however I've had no luck. Can someone advise me what the next step is. I have been appointed a case manager which im still waiting to hear from.

E-mail again and also write to head office stating that as the order delivered wasn't in compliance with the goods ordered, you wish to reject all of the goods and get a full refund.
This may well focus their minds a bit and get them to try and sort it out.

You’d have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This covers you if you’ve got a part delivery or no delivery at all. You can either send a ‘Make Time of the Essence’ letter giving them a deadline to fulfil to deliver the outstanding goods or if they’ve exceeded and agreed time frame for delivery, or you’re already outside of 30days from ordering you can argue for your money back. Under the CRA money back Should be paid back in 14 days and in the same manner you’ve paid them. I would suggest wording out a letter, recorded delivery or an email complaint as it usually does the trick, address it to the manager.
