Goof Afternoon,
I bought a 19 plate car on PCP from a dealer only a month ago. The car has new issues every week! There is warranty on the car, but it is annoying now, that Ihave to take it back every week to fix it.
What are my rights in this case?

Did the car first go back for a fault within 30 days of delivery?
You're statutory consumer rights allow for a short-term right to rejection within 30 days, after which the seller can offer a repair but they are only allowed one chance, after which you have a final right to reject. Bear in mind a couple of things, firstly anything over 30 days then the dealer can deduct an amount from any refund to cover the usage you've had from the vehicle, and secondly, the car belongs to the finance company so if you wish to reject it you need to work with them.0 -
Within the first 30 days, rejection is very easy in that any fault can be used to reject the car, whether or not the manufacturer has been asked to fix it.
After 30 days, it gets a wee bit more complicated in that the manufacturer must be given one opportunity to fix it.
If they fail to fix it in that one trip, you can reject.
Speak to the lease company, tell them you want to reject and they should work with you.
We came close to rejecting our Evoque, there was no suggestion Land Rover would keep any money for the (small) amount of miles we'd done.
They were willing to refund us in full.
