Easyjet have refused to refund my flights

Ahh. I understand now. You have two flights booked with Easyjet on the same date from different starting starting points?   

I know it isn’t what you want to hear but it really is not Easy jets fault.  You would have got through at some point but you didn’t want to risk losing another bargain?  Hopefully you will be able to transfer one booking as you indicate.  If not I doubt you will have any recourse for a refund - sorry.

It wasnt a bargain I was after as the Gatwick flights cost more than the Bristol ones!

Getting through to Easyjet on the phone is not difficult.  I spoke to them 3 times in last month. Longest wait about 2 minutes.

Well then you were lucky I wasted several hours trying several times to get through and failed.
