I was considering selling my property and doing this
If you sell your property, won't the secured automatically be settled in full?
Even if somehow this would work, you won't be able to get a new mortgage with an IVA on your credit record for 6 years.

If I sell my property then yes that will clear the secured, the lump sum IVA would include my secured and my unsecured debts.
My mortgage company won’t revoke my mortgage but I won’t be able to switch, which I can’t do anyway as I don’t have affordability on paper.... the only reason I was able to keep my mortgage was that I could prove I made the payments independently for over a year.
