If I sell my property then yes that will clear the secured, the lump sum IVA would include my secured and my unsecured debts.My mortgage company won’t revoke my mortgage but I won’t be able to switch, which I can’t do anyway as I don’t have affordability on paper.... the only reason I was able to keep my mortgage was that I could prove I made the payments independently for over a year.0
