How are you getting on with this - I am in the same situation with them. ~Thought it was an english site. Failed to ship by their promised ship date. So I cancelled. Boards still have arrived, even though I emailed to cancel.

What should I do next - I have done a credit card claim but still arent 100% sure I will get my money bacj.
