The best payment for our services will be for you to beat the scammers.

Did you get an auto response to say your defence had been received? If not, you need to check that it has been received.

Hi I have heard back from the parking firms solicitor and from the County Court Business Centre and they are going ahead with the court claim.

The letter states I have until April 19th to complete the Small Claims Directions Questionnaire and file it with court office.

The letter from the solicitor says "you may be liable to pay our client's costs in addition to the sums already claimed".

I haven't heard back yet from the solicitor about the SAR request.

The SAR request should have been emailed to the DPO at the parking company , to the claimant , not the solicitor

It is very unlikely that you would pay more than £100 in court fees , plus the PCN charges , if you lost in court

Follow the steps in the newbies FAQ sticky thread to fill in that DQ and email it to the ccbcaq email address

Total for a lost case is approx
    - £100 cost of PCN
    - £25 filing fee to the court
    - £25 hearing fee to the court
    - £50 for a solicitor to file the claim

    A few quid in interest

You are not liable for their legal or wiotness costs unless you behave unreasonably, see CPR27.14(2)(g)
