Virgin on credit report

Have noticed on my credit report that Virgin from my Broadband at a previous property has not been removed from “accounts” section of my credit report - current balance says £44 and last updated 20th October 2020. I closed this account around October 2020.
It does not show any missed payments.
As far as I was concerned this account was closed and definitely fully paid off. I have called virgin previously and they have told me account is closed and all paid off. Only paying attention to this now as about to apply for a mortgage so was checking my report.
Will this affect my mortgage application? Do I need to contact a specific department at Virgin as they seem to have no idea and just say the account is closed and I don’t owe anything when I ask customer services?

No, it will have no impact on your mortgage application.0

If Virgin are not updating the CRA's showing a zero balance and a closed status, then you can dispute the information as incorrect with the CRA(s) directly.... everything is moving slowly with reporting but I think six months is long enough for your information to be updated.Another alternative would be an official complaint to Virgin but gain, things are moving slowly.A mortgage lender is more likely to be looking for a poor repayment history... this Virgin account only shows a good repayment history so it's not a worry.0

I had this exact same thing from Virgin. This is what you do:
