This one is for Parcel Force Royal Mail Deliveries ;- Report incorrect Customs Duty or VAT on items imported by post (BOR286) - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)
Not sure which one you use for other couriers (if different), have a hunt round the GOV UK Site

going through my emails have found the orihgonal purchase reciept, so looks like i will have to pay and then claim back
