Aerogel spacetherm wall liner

We are looking at a one bed flat in a 1960s block. Its mostly brick exterior and i guess no cavity wall insulation. Its tiny 36m2 and quite a lot of window area eg the whole width of the main room. The windows have 2010 diouble glazing but the are fitted across the whole block so no insulation opportunities there. So i am looking at insulating the remainin external wall area. 5m2 in the living area and perhaps 5m2 in the bedroom. So 10m2, does anyone have experience of Spacetherm Wall Liner or anything similar that we could use without too much disruption. It would be good if we could DIY it but not essential.

At £52 for a 1200x600 sheet, that is expensive when compared to a 1200x2400 sheet of insulated plasterboard (£40 or so). So more than four times the price... Most of your heat loss will be through the windows (assuming 2/3rds height), so the pay back time of insulating the walls is going to be very long.. I'd put some insulated PB on the walls and reserve the use of Aerogel for areas such as the window reveals and making sure there are no cold bridges.
