I thought I'd just update situation re meter readings...not that anyone's probably interested😅.She's had an email today to say they have now sorted out the opening read situation and are producing bills, strangely one month at a time rather than covering whole period from 1 Aug to last meter read..and the first bill to 1Sep looks OK, apart from Opening meter read is the meter read at date when the replacement was installed (27 Jul) rather than on switch date (1Aug) but as it's only about 17KwH different it'll do.So it took 'em a while but they did sort it as promised.0
