6 month delay for cruise refund

I booked a cruise in January last year to sail in November. This was cancelled in September due to COVID. I’m still waiting for my refund from the cruise agent that I booked with. They keep saying I will receive it by March 31st which I find unacceptable. The company is cruise.co.uk. Has anyone had a similar  experience or can offer advice. Thanks.

The end of March is only a couple of weeks away now, so realistically there's nothing you can do to improve on that at this stage, although earlier on in the process you may have been able to expedite it via your card company.
