It has just worked for me.
However they do send their confirmation email with the code you need to enter with the address VIACOM <noreply@jotform.com> which went into my junk and since it does not say Nickjr anywhere near the beginning of the email can be easily missed..

thanks got there in the end. was saying e mail invalid so didn't try to confirm it worked when i did that and put the code in

You have to type in your email and press confirm. You then enter the verification code they send to your email address and it should work after that.
