Competition opened at midday 12.03.21Competition closes at midday on 22.06.21 and 3 working days later for postal entries.

1) The prize comprises either a seven (7) night stay at Tencreek Holiday Park in Cornwall for up to eight (8) people or up to a four (4) night stay at Holiday Resort Unity in Somerset for up to eight (8) people including;

a) An allowance of up to £400 towards UK travel costs made payable to the winner in the form of a BACS transfer.b) Seven (7) nights’ accommodation at Tencreek Holiday Park, Looe, Cornwall sharing an 8 berth Sun King Caravan
OR

c) Either a four (4) night stay from Monday to Friday or a three (3) night stay from Friday to Monday at Holiday Resort Unity, Burnham-on-Sea, Somerset sharing an Inspiration 8 VIP Lodge with a hot tubd) £1000 spending money
 
2) Where the prize winner is under 18 years old, the winning individual must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over to check into the resort. Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check in at the resort for security deposit purposes.
3) The prize must be taken before 30th June 2022 but cannot be taken on or between the following dates: 15th December 2021 to 5th January 2021, 1st April to 19th April 2021 and 4th April to 18th April 2022. The stay must be completed within the time-frame stated within these terms and conditions. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by Channel 5. All travel must be completed within the time-frame stated within these terms and conditions.
4) Booking is subject to availability.
5) A cheque or bank transfer for the £1000 spending money included in the prize will be issued in the prize winner’s name within 14 days of the holiday booking being confirmed
6) The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of the date of their congratulations letter from Cloud Nine and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred booking date or the prize may be forfeited.

7) Neither Channel 5 nor Cloud Nine will accept responsibility for the resort or any of the facilities / elements of the prize being unavailable, withdrawn or amended.
8) Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.
9) There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.
10) Accommodation and footage kindly provided by Tencreek Holiday Park and Holiday Resort Unity.

11) An allowance of up to £400 towards UK travel costs will be provided to the winner only. The allowance is calculated at a set maximum of £50 per guest and will be made payable to the winner at the time of accommodation booking by the prize provider as a BACs transfer. This travel allowance will be paid to the winner up to a maximum of 8 guests/£400. Neither Channel 5 nor the prize provider are responsible for organising travel arrangements for this prize, it will be the winners responsibility to organise this appropriately throughout their stay unless otherwise stated.
