Debts 2, 3 and 4 are currently unenforceable.
I'd start with Debt 1 at 25%
If you've got the cash to offer sensible amounts to 2, 3 and 4 should they come up with the goods, then there's no point in continuing monthly payments to those debts
How come you say you're struggling to make the monthly payments when you have the cash to offer lump sum settlements?1 -

That might be enough if 8k or 7.3k turns out unenforceable. I can see the attraction of that strategy. It's going to be a long slog unless you can get some sucess here.
Keep an eye on the new DRO rules coming in - if your real surplus is £100 per month or less, it might turn out to be a good fallback option.

Reduce your payments telling them that’s the most you can afford. I reduced mine in lockdown 1 and have maintained them now for a year . Cabot specifically went from one at £65 ish and one at £50 odd (can’t remember off the top of my head) to £10 each. In Sept and Oct Cabot offered me a 70% discount on f and f without me even asking.0

Stop all payments to the last three until they produce your requested CCA. Concentrate everything on Debt number 1."There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. We shall never see their like again". O S Nock0

Quick question, without wanting to take over a thread. With regards to CCA's would Stepchange have requested these if someone started a DMP with them?0

The guidance is in CONC13, if you google that.
It does say
(3) The terms and conditions should be those applicable at the time the agreement was executed. The name and address at the time of execution must be included.
