No response from Universal Credit

I will start off with a bit of background first.

I am helping my aunt and her family to manage their UC account.

My aunt and her family came from Bangladesh a few years ago.

Only she and her under 18 daugher are eligible for UC as the rest of them have no recourse to public funds.

They keep on asking her husband to log onto his account and supply his work details. He cannot do this as he has not been issued with a Personal Security Number and is not going to be issued with one. This has been confirmed via journal.

When I explained this last month they agreed that my aunt could make a declaration about her husband via journal message.

I did the same thing on Monday also explaining what the situation was.

They have not sent a response or given a statement on Wednesday which they should have.

My aunt had a telephone interview with them and they said she will be paid on Monday but I can't see a statemen of that. I logged on after 6P|M.

This week for some reason they are not responding to messages or taking any action. What should I do?

Nothing you can do until Monday. Will have to ring them then.

I know I can't do anything until Monday.

Where can I find the number for Universal Credit?
Do I need to tell anything to the agent on the phone?

If you call from the telephone number registered to the account you should get put through to a Case Manager. Go through the situation with them and see what they say.
