We can try but I'm feeling a bit reluctant as feel surely any other brokers will think the same and will see another lenders done hard search and declined.
We are buying the house off my dad as a concessionary purchase and that gives us less options, as apparently not many lenders like it.
The mortgage he has is up in June and needs paid off and he won't get it again as his incomes dropped now he is retired.

Please dont let this dishearten any of you, its different circumstances due to the self employment sadly because of the pandemic issues.

I would create another thread on here and ask about. There are alot of experienced MAs on this forum. Not trying to say your MA is inexperienced but its always good to get a 2nd opinion and you maybe able to gain a plan from here and run it past your MA. Dont let the fact that u have been declined by aldermore dishearten you lots of people get declined atlest once for a full mortgage application. Fish about on here for definite!

    Best of luck :D
