Aldermores declined us. Said my husband bank statements show a drop in income for last three months compared to last year and it shows a lack of sustainability of the business. I'm furious because hes literally not been allowed in customers houses since December 26 and has adapted his business and is so busy now. We haven't missed any payments the last three months, have maintained rent payments and things have been so good this month with his work. Said to apply again in 6 months but my dad's mortgage is up in June so that's not an option.
I'm gutted. Good luck to the rest of you im keeping my fingers crossed you are successful.1 -
