Yes as long as you explain it there shouldn’t be a problem, They queried it and my response seemed adequate, didn’t hear any more!CLJ2986 said:Ah they might question money to my mum then, I usually lend her cash once a month! Thanks for your help, much appreciated. Still nothing today, will hold off til Wed before I email for an update!!0 -
Well Aldermore have requested a lot of additional info from us, bank statements for Feb to March, a lot of confirmation regarding my maternity leave/pay/return to work which I was expecting, and some clarification on my partners wage slips. Is it too much to hope its a good sign that we haven't been declined after the initial assessment?1

The still state they conduct the initial underwrite within the first 5 days, I assume that during this time they take into account your past credit issues.CLJ2986 said:Well Aldermore have requested a lot of additional info from us, bank statements for Feb to March, a lot of confirmation regarding my maternity leave/pay/return to work which I was expecting, and some clarification on my partners wage slips. I would say that it's a good sign if you ask me they are requesting more information. You would think if there was significant credit issues they wouldn't request it and reject you!
