Initiative Q - How do I find the value of a cryptocurrency?

A friend sent me a link to get some Initiative Q currency for free. I've read the hype about how it's going to be worth $000 in a few years. I signed up and I sent him a link of similar value, but my question is, how do I find out what it's worth now? I've looked at a few sites that value cryptocurrencies, bitcoins and sh*tcoins, but I've not yet found one that values Initiative Q currency. I would like to know if it's worth more or less than a penny before passing on the link. Does any cryptocurrency fan know a site that lists a price for Initiative Q?

The fact that you can get small amounts of it for free, and give links to others so that they can get it for free as well, and that you can't find a market price for it, implies it does not have much practical or market 'value'. It might have hype saying it could be worth thousands in X years, as all new cryptocoins do, but the amount I'd be willing to pay for your coins is $0 if the alternative to buying them from you is to just ask someone to send me a link that gives me some of my own for free

As for finding a value for Crypto, if it's not on coinmarketcap it's not going to be worth anything.

It's already worth $000.  At least it retains its value.
