mis-sold vehicle insurance policy.

If there was an error, in that they didn't give you the insurance you were expecting to get, and you can prove it, then it was mis-sold. That's if you can prove they made an error, but if they have admitted it that's not a problem. it's an odd one so if you know an expert you can ask to confirm then do so0
