I'm organising a quiz where participants need to find a password that allows them to unlock a photo online. Does anyone know of a website that would allow me to upload a password protected photo? Thanks in advance.

I'd just upload the photo to a password protected folder on OneDrive/Google Drive

You can just "encrypt" the JPEG before you upload it, if you have 10 Pro (not sure if 10 Home can decrypt it later, but I doubt it).  Or stick it in a zip file and password-protect that.
