Santander daily faster payment limit - multiple transfers?

Too late now as I've transferred over a couple of days, but just wondered whether it is actually possible to transfer multiple £20,000 to the same payee on the same day?
I see that the single transaction limit is a maximum of 20k, but would I have been able to transfer another 20k to the same payee 5 minutes later?
I know you could make further payments to other payees on the same day (despite having exceeded the 20k limit).
I'm also aware other banks would allow a total of 25k daily

Don't know but I do know that you can transfer £100K by [one-off] Standing Order, or on the phone. The individual transfer limit is £25K,

Yes, you can send multiple transactions per day.I've just checked and it would seem I have been able to pay just over £66,000 in one day to the same account via Faster Payments split over multiple transactions. One other note, I was told once by Santander when questioning a declined transaction is there is a hard VISA Debit limit of £50,000 (it sounded like a per day limit too).1

Thanks. I'm now aware that you can indeed transfer multiple transfers a days not exceeding 100k.However, I'm not sure that 25k single transaction limit is correct, as when I tried, it says it's 'not available for this channel' (online). Have to call in to branch or call up.Think it's 20k single? @someone - what was your max single transfer?0

It use to be £20k, looks like they have upped it to £25k.

Thanks colsten - I noticed that on their website too, but I mentioned 20k as this is from personal experience.I got that 'not for this channel' when I tried £25,000. Strange. Maybe if I tried £24,999.99 it may have worked, or my account simply haven't been updated (which is highly unlikely)?0
