A couple of weeks ago, I placed an online order for some bags of dry cat food and this was delivered to me a few days later.
Once I opened the box, I discovered that I had mistakenly ordered the wrong size bags (too small) so I contacted them to arrange a return and to reorder the correct size item.
The Zooplus assistant arranged for a Parcelforce collection from my house a couple of days later and all I had to do was to tape up the box and didn't even need to print a label as the PF driver would have one with him.
The collection went as planned and the full refund appeared on my card 4 days after collection and there was no charge for the return.
I will certainly be ordering from them again.

I have ordered from them before, they are very good and if there any issues they answer the phone and respond to emails and resolve the issue quickly.0

Unfortunately I have had entirely the opposite experience with them, and I haven't even got my order yet.
I received an email on Saturday saying my order had been dispatched - but the tracking wasn't working at all over the weekend - and this morning the EU dpd site has changed to 'order information has been transmitted' - i.e the parcel is still with zooplus, wasn't dispatched on Saturday at all, and still isn't dispatched now! It'd be nice to have accurate information about how long shipping will actually take, instead of lies about how they dispatch within 24 hours. I would have ordered locally for a higher cost over the weekend had I known that the parcel hadn't actually shipped, as I don't have a whole lot of cat food left!
Edit : and I'm definitely not alone in this, wish I'd have checked trust pilot instead of this forum!

I order from Zooplus regularly (maybe every 2 months), have done for the past 5 years now and can't fault. Had one issue when some wet food tins had been crushed in transit and they sorted a refund straight away. Also won a competition they held on Facebook and got some nice goodies from them. They are really reliable and seem generous. Good prices too.Mortgage started 2015: £150,000 2016: £130,000 2017: £116,000 2018: £105,000 2019: £88,000 2020: £69,000 2021: £51,195 2023: MORTGAGE FREE!0

Trustpilot will see bad reviews over good (as people are more likely to review when angry than when happy), which is why it can be unreliable. Although, for a company to have 72% excellent reviews on Trustpilot I'd say they are doing very good.
I've now written my own review on there, so thanks for posting the link as it prompted me to do soMortgage started 2015: £150,000 2016: £130,000 2017: £116,000 2018: £105,000 2019: £88,000 2020: £69,000 2021: £51,195 2023: MORTGAGE FREE!1 -

They're insisting it has left their warehouse, but are now admitting it is not with dpd. They've said it's 'between countries,' without saying which courier it is with or providing me tracking information that actually works.
It seems like people who have their order dispatched from the UK warehouse have a good experience, anyone who is unlucky enough to get things from the EU warehouse are stuffed, as they don't inform you that at the point of dispatch, and it's like drawing blood from a stone to get any information from them. I don't object to them having multiple warehouses, I do object to not being kept in the loop. It'd be better to know which courier they're actually using if it has indeed left their warehouse, and it would have been nice to tell me in the initial shipping email to expect delays as it is coming from Europe.0 -
Couldn't see where I said you didn't have a bad experience..

I've used them once to order what was essentially a sack of IAMS for our one cat.
That one order went through and arrived perfectly, so I will probably order from them again in 3-4 years once the cat has finally finished this one!• The rich buy assets.
• The poor only have expenses.
• The middle class buy liabilities they think are assets.
