Hi - I tried to sign up for Prolific last night and spent ages putting all my info in, only to fail at the verification stage!  Went into the kitchen to take the photos and when I got back to the computer there was a message to say they wouldn't allow me access and goodbye.
Was it because I couldn't figure out how one takes a selfie whilst looking to the left and therefore unable to see the "take photo" button?  Or because it kept reading my licence start date as my date of birth?  Will I ever find out???  I have sent a Help Page request...
  • Carduelis - i only joined prolific last year but i don't remember having to take a photo.  Hopefully their help page will get back to you soon
i did another survey last night which is awaiting review - almost up to £30 now :)

    Hi,

I don't remember having to take a selfie, I did join quite a while ago though.

    Did you hear anything back?

If you want to join in I can add you to the list, let me know if you have a goal.
